Siemens Energy is seeking a data engineering professional to own HR master data integrity across our landscape. You will perform hands-on SQL/Python analysis, develop ETL/API pipelines, and collaborate with domain owners to diagnose breaks between local HCM systems, the HR data hub, and downstream applications like Workday and SAP.
The role emphasizes clean, timely, trusted HR data for processes and reporting.
Qualificações
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and ELT workflows.
- Experience with ETL orchestration tools and REST APIs.
- Strong HR data domain knowledge (employee, position, organization).
- Hands-on experience with Workday and SAP HCM/S4 or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
- Quality assurance, data profiling, matching, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
Responsabilidades
- End-to-end data quality assurance across source, hub, and target systems.
- Develop matching, reconciliation, and data consistency processes.
- Build and maintain ETL/API pipelines with monitoring and SLAs.
- Maintain interfaces between Workday data provider and HR data hub.
- Collaborate with domain owners to support data analysis and change delivery.
- Plan and execute UAT and regression testing; track defects.
