Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and follow up on service orders in SAP or Salesforce.

• Communicate with customers regarding service status, delays, and completion.
• Monitor open service requests and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Maintain customer and service order master data and assist with reporting and invoicing.
