Bruker in Porto is seeking a skilled professional to design and implement customer service solutions within SAP. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong experience with SAP Customer Service processes.

Your responsibilities include taking lead on development processes, optimizing existing systems, and managing external service providers. Desired qualifications include extensive SAP experience and good communication skills in English and German.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Sciences or comparable qualification.
• Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS).
• Good understanding of SAP Service processes including Service orders and related master data.

Responsabilidades

• Contact person for innovative customer service solutions with SAP Service.
• Responsible for the entire development process from requirements gathering to productive operation.
• Support continuous integration between SAP and Salesforce.

Conhecimentos

Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS)

Good understanding of SAP Service processes

Communication skills (English C1)

Problem-solving skills

Team player with good time management
