Job summary

Bruker is seeking a SAP Manager Sales & Service to lead a global team of SAP functional consultants and external partners. You will define and execute the SAP roadmap across Sales, Global Trade Services, and Service Management, driving processes from order-to-cash to customer experience and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, enterprise governance, and experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation, cloud adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across Bruker's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Diplom/ Master's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Adequate qualification in SAP ERP consultancy area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of SAP functional consultants and external partners.
• Define and execute the SAP roadmap for Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Aftermarket Services.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across Sales, Service, and Trade compliance.
• Provide governance for S/4HANA Sales, GTS, and Service applications.
• Lead SAP demand management including business case development and project initiation.
• Manage SAP lifecycle activities including support, enhancements, upgrades, and testing.
• Ensure SLA- and KPI-driven support with high system availability.
• Lead SAP transformation initiatives including S/4HANA programs and cloud adoption.
• Collaborate with EA, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and service performance metrics.
• Allocate resources, budget, and vendor relationships.
