Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with at least 7 years of professional experience to design, develop and evolve robust Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.

In this role, you will play a key technical part in Salesforce initiatives, contributing hands‑on to development while ensuring best practices, scalability and long‑term platform health. You will collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across different clouds
• Build scalable and high‑quality components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Develop and optimize triggers, asynchronous processes and batch jobs
• Contribute to solution design and technical decision‑making
• Implement and support integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
• Ensure security, performance and scalability of Salesforce implementations
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Support deployment, release management and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to documentation, technical standards and platform governance

What We’re Looking For

Core Salesforce Expertise

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing)
• Salesforce data model, security and sharing rules
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization

Integration & Platform Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Platform events or event‑driven integrations
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git, automated deployments)
• Familiarity with deployment tools and release processes
• Exposure to Experience Cloud or additional Salesforce clouds is a plus

Quality & Engineering Mindset

• Strong focus on clean code and maintainability
• Experience working in complex or regulated environments
• Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
