- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience, with 4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Proven experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and automated deployment tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Customize Salesforce applications and features to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and optimize custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Support deployment and release management activities across multiple environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
