Job summary

TMC is seeking a Mid and Senior Salesforce Developer for a remote/hybrid role. You will deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, primarily focused on Service Cloud, in a collaborative Employeneurship culture that values ownership and initiative.

You will develop Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations (REST/SOAP), design UML/sequence diagrams, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git and SFDX. The team emphasizes learning and long-term professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must-have Salesforce experience with full lifecycle implementations, preferably Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex development skills, including classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience building Lightning Components with LWC and/or Aura.
• Hands-on REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills: Flows, Validation Rules, automation.
• Ability to create UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specs.
• Experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
