team.it is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Lisbon-based team. You will develop complex Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and SOQL, while shaping data architecture and security models.

You will design and implement integrations with MuleSoft and utilize Salesforce DX for source-driven development, alongside Git-based CI/CD workflows. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce Development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL; strong platform development knowledge.
• Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, security model, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Experience designing integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Solid REST and SOAP API experience; RESTful design principles.
• Hands-on with Salesforce DX and source-driven development.
• GIT and collaborative workflows; familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes and integration patterns.
• Strong Agile background and iterative software delivery.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II valued.

Senior Salesforce Developer - Is that you?

• Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Development within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform development.
• Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Solid knowledge of REST and SOAP API design, development, and consumption.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source‑driven development practices.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration, ETL processes, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II is highly valued.
