Customertimes is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Consultant to join our global team in Portugal. The role focuses on leading Salesforce initiatives, from Experience Cloud portal design to Service Cloud processes and integrations with external tools.

You will manage a client backlog, guide CPQ/Revenue Cloud usage, and ensure secure, scalable solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, delivering high-impact applications and ensuring production stability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 in client-facing consulting.
• Strong Experience Cloud experience, including portal self-registration and external users.
• Expertise in Flow (screen, record-triggered, scheduled) and debugging in production.
• Proficient reading/fixing/ extending existing Apex/LWC code.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Experience with integrations: OAuth, REST APIs, AppExchange connectors.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud and quote-to-cash concepts.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main Salesforce point of contact for the client: run requirement sessions, demos, backlog management.
• Design and build Service Cloud processes, case management, SLAs, and notifications.
• Own the customer support portal on Experience Cloud: self-registration, portal visibility for users.
• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including data models and flows.
• Design and run integrations with third-party tools via Connected Apps and REST APIs.
• Advise on CPQ/Revenue Cloud setup and its connection to Opportunities and Accounts.
• Define and maintain security models: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules.
• Troubleshoot production issues: flow errors, Apex exceptions, data limits.
• Write Apex and LWC where configuration is insufficient.
• Handle org administration: users, reports, dashboards, field deprecation.
• Support AI tooling and MCP connectors integration.
• Transfer knowledge and document for the client team.
