Job summary

Accenture Portugal is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our Lisbon team in a hybrid setup. You will lead end-to-end Salesforce design, development, and integrations, delivering high-quality code and mentoring other developers. A degree in a related field and 8+ years in Salesforce are required, with strong Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and CI/CD experience.

English at B2+ is necessary for international collaboration. Residency in Portugal and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across clouds and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop high-quality code using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Define and execute unit tests, analyze defects, and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, and international teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other Salesforce developers.
