Job summary

WA FENIX Portugal is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager in Porto to lead CRM transformation projects, from analysis to deployment and hypercare. The role requires coordinating international teams and managing service process migrations to Salesforce Service Cloud.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive delivery with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks. Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM service processes.
• Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience with case management, SLA management, knowledge base and ticketing processes.
• Proficiency with Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing Azure DevOps backlogs and work items.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience leading international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM transformation projects from analysis through deployment and hypercare.
• Coordinate global and cross-functional teams.
• Support migration and redesign of service processes to Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Gather requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and work items in Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies and communications.
• Support testing activities, UAT, defect management and go-live readiness.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts.
