Job summary

Nested.life is seeking a Senior Reservations Manager based in Portugal to own the reservations function end to end. You will manage every inquiry, lead, and confirmed booking, while upholding guest communication standards and seamless operations.

In this role you will close direct bookings, coordinate deposits and payments, and ensure check-in runs smoothly, guiding guests with confident negotiation and professional service across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Several years in reservations, revenue or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Experience with reservation or property management software is welcome, but we will teach you our tools.
• Proven track record converting leads into bookings with follow-up and negotiation.
• Fluent English and French.
• Based in Portugal.

What you own

• The full booking flow, from first inquiry to confirmed reservation.
• Direct leads: you sell and close bookings from people who find us outside the platforms, following up, negotiating and turning inquiries into reservations.
• Guest communication standards: how we write, how fast we reply, how we handle problems.
• Deposits, payments and check-in coordination, so arrival day runs smoothly.

What you bring

• Several years in reservations, revenue or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Experience with reservation or property management software is welcome, but we will teach you our tools.
• A proven record of converting leads into bookings, with confidence in follow-up and negotiation.
• Fluent English and French.
