Decskill, an IT consulting company with more than 10 years of market experience, is growing and seeking a Senior Requirements Engineer to join our team in Oeiras, Portugal.

You will lead requirements management activities across projects, ensure end-to-end traceability, support quality management and configuration management, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualificações

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Proven professional experience in Requirements Management within engineering, technical or project environments.
• Experience establishing, implementing and monitoring Requirements Management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience developing and maintaining a Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Experience supporting engineering teams in the definition, management and maintenance of project requirements.
• Strong experience with end-to-end requirements traceability and requirements baselines.
• Experience managing requirements changes, including impact assessments and coordination with Configuration Management.
• Experience conducting requirements quality reviews, ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, unambiguous and testable.
• Experience monitoring requirements verification and validation (V&V) activities and compliance evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate requirements-related activities with engineering teams, customers, project managers and QA teams.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and maintain baselines.
• Support or lead requirements quality reviews and audits.
• Assist in risk assessment and defining mitigation actions across projects.

Requirements

Education

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field .

Requirements Management

• Proven professional experience in Requirements Management within engineering, technical or project environments.
• Experience establishing, implementing and monitoring Requirements Management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience developing and maintaining a Requirements Management Plan (RMP) .

Quality & Compliance

• Professional experience in Quality Management processes and project compliance activities.
• Experience supporting or conducting project audits and ensuring compliance with defined processes.
• Experience defining, monitoring and reporting Requirements Management KPIs .
• Experience collaborating with Quality Assurance / Quality Management teams to ensure compliance with project processes and requirements.
• Knowledge of engineering quality standards and structured project environments is an advantage.

Configuration Management

• Experience with Configuration Management is an advantage.
• Understanding of the relationship between Requirements Management, Change Management and Configuration Management .
• Experience coordinating requirements changes and maintaining controlled requirements baselines.

Tools & Repositories

• Experience administering or supporting Requirements Management tools and repositories .
• Experience with tools such as IBM DOORS / DOORS Next, Polarion, Jama, Siemens Polarion, or similar is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools , particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to identify technical risks and opportunities related to requirements and project compliance.
• Experience supporting the definition and monitoring of risk mitigation actions .
• Ability to capture, document and apply Lessons Learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

• Experience coordinating requirements-related activities with:
• Engineering teams
• Customers
• Project Managers
• Quality teams
• Configuration Managers
• Other project stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate requirements-related meetings, reviews and workshops.
