Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an Application Production Support team member who is detail-oriented and technically skilled to manage and support critical business applications in a production environment. You will help ensure stability, availability and performance and collaborate with Development/Infrastructure teams and service providers to drive long-term solutions.

You will monitor, manage incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and work with Scrum teams to implement upgrades,

Qualificações

• Java APP servers (RedHat Jboss EAP) and Java knowledge.
• API gateway integration (Axway/APIGee).
• Dynatrace and other monitoring/observability tools (Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• CI/CD setup & optimization (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype).
• Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Relational DBs (MSSQL Server; PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure application stability and availability.
• Monitor and maintain applications for high availability and performance.
• Actively participate in incident management and RCA with internal/external stakeholders.
• Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL/DevOps processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to keep operations running.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 availability for critical apps.
• Serve as a point of contact for Development and coordinate fixes.
• Work with Scrum teams to design, deploy, and enhance systems.
• Apply upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with minimal user impact.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge with the global team.
