Decskill is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves championing agile practices and supporting a high-performing team. You will work cross-functionally to manage the full product lifecycle and promote DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills and a proactive mindset. We would like to meet a Senior Product Owner for a project with a hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

• Champion agile practices, especially Scrum, using its ceremonies to build and support a high-performing team.
• Work cross-functionally, continuously developing new skills to help your team own the full product lifecycle.
• Apply standard engineering practices using tools such as version control systems, IDEs, and dashboards to ensure organized and efficient development.
• Support and promote DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying reliable software.
• Take responsibility for software post-deployment operations, including occasional support outside regular working hours (with additional compensation).
• Travel internationally when needed to support various phases of product development.
