Affinity is seeking a Product Owner to drive agile delivery across international projects. You will translate business requirements into epics and user stories, manage and prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with multiple teams to plan and deliver in a fast-changing environment.

In this role, you’ll coordinate UAT and testing programs, ensure clear acceptance criteria, and communicate effectively in English with stakeholders. A hybrid work model across Porto offices is offered.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in agile Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear epics and user stories.
• Experience prioritizing a product backlog across multiple sprints for one or more teams.
• Capable of planning and estimating deliverables in high-change environments.
• Coordinate UAT, alpha/beta testing and bug triage with development teams.
• Strong written and spoken English communication and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own and refine the product backlog and epics across sprint cycles.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, working within agile Scrum methodology (Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus);
• Proven track record translating business requirements into clear, unambiguous epics and user stories;
• Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog across multiple sprints for one or several development teams;
• Demonstrable ability to plan and estimate deliverables in a high-change, multi-discipline environment;
• Skilled in coordinating UAT, alpha/beta testing programs and bug prioritization with development teams;
• Any technical knowledge (architecture, programming, networks, protocols, system failure handling) is a plus;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
