Job summary

Decskill, part of the Astek Group, seeks a Product Designer to join projects with a hybrid model based in Braga, Porto or Lisbon (On-site 3 days per week).

You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, create high-fidelity prototypes with Figma, Sketch and Adobe, and collaborate with teams to deliver compelling desktop and web experiences. English proficiency is required, with 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specs.
• Strong understanding of end-user needs and mental models.
• Detail-oriented from research to mock-ups and specs.
• Experience creating and presenting high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• English proficiency at an advanced level.

We would like to meet a Product Designer to join a project with hybrid working model based in Braga, Porto or Lisbon (On-site 3 days per week).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience working with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification.
• A good sense of end user knowledge and mental models, coupled with the ability to translate them into user interfaces that users can relate with easily.
• A natural inclination to be very detailed, from research to mock-ups to specifications.
• Experience of creating and delivering captivating keynotes, high-fidelity mock-ups and functional prototypes, both to internal teams and customers.
• Previous experience in designing desktop software is nice to have.
• Advanced English proficiency.
