Overview

At SEGULA Technologies, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive the delivery of high-value digital solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Porto, with the possibility to work from Lisbon. Location: Porto preferred; candidates based in Lisbon are also welcome. Hybrid work: minimum 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Lead and coordinate a small team to deliver product features and improvements on time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Team leadership skills, with experience managing small teams (4–5 people).
• Previous experience in the Banking sector.
• Understanding of Cloud architectures; knowledge of Payments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and adaptability.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days per week in the office).
• Location: Preferably Porto, but candidates based in Lisbon are also welcome.
