Job summary

Decskill, an IT consulting company with 800+ professionals in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, is looking for a Scrum Master to join our growth journey. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies and help deliver valuable software in an international context.

We value curiosity, commitment and a collaborative, people-first culture. The role is based in Lisbon with one day of office attendance per week, and experience on Mendix projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT, up to 5 years.
• Strong Agile and Scrum coaching abilities.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and workshops.
• Help teams deliver value and meet DoD.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and English fluency.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the IT sector, up to a maximum of 5 years.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with the ability to coach teams in their application.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and workshops, ensuring productive sessions within agreed timeboxes.
• Ability to support teams in delivering value and meeting the Definition of Done.
• Experience helping teams develop metrics and estimates to improve predictability and reduce risks.
• Proactive approach to identifying and communicating team and project risks.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Availability to work in Lisbon, with office attendance one day per week.
• Experience as a Scrum Master on Mendix projects is a plus.
