Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Risk & Fraud) based in Portugal. You will own the strategy and roadmap for fraud prevention, risk management, account security, and trusted customer experiences in a high-volume environment.

You will work across authentication, payments, subscriptions, and post-purchase journeys, coordinating with engineering, data, finance, risk operations, and support teams to optimize ROI and platform profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fraud and risk experience with hands-on ownership of fraud prevention for high-volume products.
• Strong understanding of fraud patterns (account takeover, chargebacks, disputes) and prevention techniques.
• Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (MFA, SSO, OAuth2, enterprise identity integrations).
• Data-driven product management with roadmaps, experimentation, and end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing ability across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the fraud and risk product roadmap and strategy.
• Lead MFA, reCAPTCHA, OAuth2, SSO, SAML, and identity integrations.
• Define payment security strategies across checkout and 3-D Secure.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to reduce friction while strengthening protection.
• Prioritize initiatives balancing conversion, fraud exposure, and compliance.
• Monitor fraud metrics and optimize performance with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, finance, risk operations, and support.
