Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Product Manager, Corporate Actions in Portugal. You will own end-to-end post-trade product lifecycle, overseeing actions from announcement capture to payouts, while driving automation, data governance, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, compliance, tax, finance, and legal.

The role supports international expansion and multiplies impact across clearing and post-trade systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate actions processing in broker-dealer or post-trade platforms.
• Ability to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver reliable solutions under deadlines.
• Familiarity with data governance, security master data, and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Own the Corporate Actions product lifecycle, including roadmap and timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships and data quality standards for automation.
• Drive operational automation for mandatory actions and pre-reconciliation processes.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring tools to track processing times and workloads.
• Coordinate readiness for international market expansion and regulatory needs.
