GoCardless Ltd in Lisbon seeks a Product Manager for the Merchant Risk Monitoring team. You will drive product improvements, strengthen risk controls, and maintain a positive customer experience.

You will work with engineers and stakeholders across the organisation to scale capabilities to meet customer and business needs. You will lead with data, define problem spaces, articulate opportunities, and translate complex problems into clear actions.

Formación

• PM experience focusing on customer problems and value delivery.
• Data-led approach with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to motivate stakeholders and deliver in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and solve customer problems to maximize GoCardless usage.
• Structure complex product problems and define scope and impact.
• Use evidence to support decisions and opportunities across teams.
• Coordinate actions across teams to deliver changes in your remit.
• Deliver projects from MVP experiments to new features.
