Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Finance and Account Management in a remote Portugal role. You will shape strategy for payments, billing, invoicing, and lifecycle management across regions, using data and AI tools to drive efficiency, growth, and risk control.

You will collaborate with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Engineering, define MVPs, set metrics, and mentor other PMs while aligning with UK business hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years in payments/fintech (B2B SaaS/marketplace/eCommerce).
• Experience with Stripe/Adyen, multi-currency settlement, reconciliation, disputes & chargebacks.
• Knowledge of account/identity management incl. KYC/KYB, RBAC, fraud/risk scoring.
• VAT/GST invoicing and revenue accounting familiarity; collaborate with Finance.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Finance (payments, billing, invoicing, fees, reconciliation) and Account Management (lifecycle, verification, fraud, risk).
• Reduce payment costs by optimizing methods, multi-currency settlement, provider migrations, and handling failures/chargebacks.
• Drive revenue and accuracy via pricing, processing fees, tax/duties; ensure VAT/GST invoicing across regions.
• Lead end-to-end account lifecycle: registration, verification, roles, permissions, settings, closure.
• Define and improve fraud prevention and risk measures across onboarding and payments.
• Collaborate with Finance, CX, Sales, Legal, and Engineering; act as primary product contact for payments/accounts.
• Monitor metrics: transaction costs vs GMV, payment success, disputes, revenue leakage, fraud losses, onboarding conversion, support volume.
• Prioritize opportunities, define MVPs, deliver quickly, measure, and iterate.
• Write/review PRDs and Opportunity Assessments; document trade-offs, edge cases, compliance, data considerations before engineering.
• Apply AI tools to product discovery, PRD creation, data accuracy checks; promote AI adoption across team.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise standards for documentation and decision-making.
