Jobgether is seeking a senior product leader to own analytics products that help app businesses optimize monetization. You will define strategy, vision, and a roadmap for dashboards, charts, benchmarking, and predictive LTV, working with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams in a fully remote, international setting.

You will drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and maintain benchmarks and metrics that guide product

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management delivering complex products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on data work with robust metrics.
• Technical understanding to work with APIs, data models, and architecture.
• Experience with engineering and data teams; communicate complex trade-offs.
• Strong analytics product knowledge, data visualization, and experimentation.
• Customer-driven mindset translating feedback into scalable solutions.
• Understanding of mobile app ecosystem and app economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.
• Ownership mentality with proactive problem solving and accountability.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
• Systems thinking and scalable product design across multiple users.
• Attention to product and user experience with high-quality data viz.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for analytics product portfolio.
• Lead dashboards, charts, benchmarking, metrics, and LTV features.
• Engage with customers to translate needs into opportunities.
• Develop benchmarks and metrics to guide monetization decisions.
• Investigate data issues and edge cases with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, leadership, and GTM.
• Translate strategy into executable plans and timelines.
• Drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery at speed.
• Make autonomous product decisions within your area and scope.
• Build relationships across teams and time zones for alignment.
• Evaluate performance and iterate; discontinue underperforming initiatives.
• Establish ownership in Year 1 and contribute to long-term vision.
