Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization based in Portugal. You will own the roadmap for ad monetization in a lean, remote-first team, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and GTM to monetize mobile app inventory and drive strategic growth.

You will work with customers to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and guide investments while developing a long-term vision for this new product area.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience owning product decisions end-to-end.
• Proven experience shipping publisher-facing ad monetization products for mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising mechanics and monetization models.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on SDKs, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Own significant portions of the ad monetization product roadmap from discovery to delivery.
• Understand ad monetization capabilities including revenue tracking, rewarded ads, virtual currency, and server-side validation.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and ship practical solutions quickly.
• Test hypotheses using customer research, experiments, and data to guide investments.
• Develop a long-term vision and roadmap for ad monetization and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, data, and GTM teams.
