Holafly is seeking an App-focused Data Analyst to empower our mobile growth by building robust dashboards, reliable metrics, and in-depth analyses. You will translate app data into clear reporting for UA, ASO, Product, CRM, and Leadership to drive budgets and releases.

You will build scalable dashboards for ROAS, CAC, LTV; unify organic and paid data; analyze full-funnel behavior and AB tests; collaborate with MMPs and channel stakeholders to deliver accessible insights.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Data Analysis experience in mobile-first, performance marketing, or growth environments.
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and reporting automation.
• Hands-on BI tools experience (Looker Studio, Tableau) and mobile attribution/MMP ecosystems (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
• Deep knowledge of App Store analytics platforms (AppTweak, Apple Ads, App Store Connect) and paid UA data.
• Strong statistical foundation with experience translating A/B tests into insights.
• Experience with GA4 and Firebase for mobile apps, including event tracking and funnel analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable, self-serve dashboards for App, UA, and ASO with ROAS, CAC, LTV, and daily tracking.
• Create specialized reports analyzing ad creatives, CPPs, CSLs, and in-app events across channels.
• Unify organic and paid data to evaluate deduplicated traffic and true channel incrementality.
• Analyze full-funnel behavior and interpret A/B tests to identify conversion and retention gaps.
• Collaborate with mobile attribution data, flag platform discrepancies, and document metrics definitions.
• Partner with UA and ASO stakeholders to deliver exploratory analyses on channel efficiency and audience quality.
