Moniepoint Inc. is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead data-driven decision making across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will own the analytics roadmap, build forecasting models, and partner with product, growth, and engineering to translate insights into action.

You will manage a high-performing analytics team, shape the data strategy, and drive experimentation through A/B testing and funnel optimisations to improve CAC, activation, and LTV across channels.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role leading teams and initiatives.
• Proven track record in consumer-FMCG or fintech environments.
• Experience scaling product businesses with revenue targets.
