Moniepoint Group is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing analytics team and own the data roadmap. You will quantify KPIs, conduct analyses across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue, and collaborate with product, data engineering, and growth to shape strategy.

You will drive insights, forecast accuracy, and model development while guiding the analytics function across the business unit with a strong emphasis on data quality and impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably in a CPG or fintech environment.
• Deep experience scaling product businesses, with demonstrated ownership of significant revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Build a disciplined, exceptional analytical team and execute a data roadmap.
• Lead data insights, forecast building, model development and productionisation across functions.
• Define growth metrics including CAC, activation, retention, and revenue per customer.
• Partner with growth, product, and engineering to collect right data for meaningful insights.
• Design and execute A/B testing programs to optimise funnel conversion and outcomes.
• Lead testing and optimisation across channels to drive business impact.
