Moniepoint is seeking an Analytics Manager to own metrics, measurement, experimentation, and the data roadmap for a business area. You will lead analytics across acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue, working at the intersection of product management, data engineering, and growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
• 2+ years in a management role managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably in a CPG or fintech environment.
• Deep experience scaling product businesses, with demonstrated ownership of significant revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Build a disciplined, high-performing analytics team and roadmap for growth.
• Forecast and budget ownership for products and growth initiatives.
• Own and optimise growth metrics across the funnel from acquisition to monetisation and retention.
• Conduct cohort analyses and journey mapping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Define and track CAC, activation, retention, and lifetime value metrics.
