Moniepoint Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive growth and engagement in payment products. You will develop strategies to acquire and retain users, and build analytics that scale with the business.

You will work with product, marketing, and engineering to translate questions into actionable insights and measurable outcomes. You’ll own end‑to‑end analytics for marketing and growth, create dashboards, perform advanced analyses, and partner with stakeholders to influence product decisions.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of professional quantitative analysis experience in top firms/tech companies.
• Excellent SQL skills tested during the process.
• Experience designing and analysing experiments in digital products (A/B tests, multivariate tests).
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.
• Experience with statistical modelling and advanced analytics for product insights.
• Experience in statistical programming (Python) with Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter notebooks.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the sales, marketing and growth team by collaborating with product, business, development and data engineering teams.
• Translate product and business questions into analysis and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain scalable, self‑service dashboards.
• Own end‑to‑end analytics for Marketing and Growth products from data gathering to post‑launch impact analyses.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a strategic link between technology, business and product.
• Apply statistical methods (A/B tests, clustering, supervised learning) to drive high‑impact product decisions.
