Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Porto is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash professional to own end-to-end O2C processes. You will lead order management, billing, collections, and cash application, collaborating with Sales, Logistics and Tax teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in O2C or Finance Operations, strong German and English, ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday), and a track record of leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years' experience in O2C, AR or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday).
• Experience with global, multi-currency environments.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1).
• Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Aufgaben

• Resolve escalated disputes and negotiate payment terms with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX and internal controls, IFRS and tax requirements.
• Drive process automation, standardisation and efficiency improvements.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists.
• Work with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams.
