Cross Border Talents seeks an experienced O2C professional to own end-to-end O2C in Porto. You will lead and oversee order management, billing, collections, cash application and dispute resolution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage AR ageing, drive collections strategies, reduce DSO and negotiate terms with customers and internal teams while ensuring controls, IFRS, and tax compliance. An international finance environment supports your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years' experience in O2C, AR or Finance Operations with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday).
• Experience in global, multi-currency environments.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1).
• Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists.
• Work with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams.

Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional with fluent German and a background in team leadership? Join a global medical technology company's finance operations team in Porto and take ownership of the end-to-end O2C cycle.

What you'll do
