Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking an experienced O2C leader to own the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle in Porto, with German fluency and strong leadership responsibilities. You will oversee order management, billing, collections and dispute resolution, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across audits and IFRS.

The role requires 5–7 years in O2C/Finance Operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, plus hands-on ERP like SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years' experience in O2C, AR or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday).
• Experience with global, multi-currency environments.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German and advanced English (C1).
• Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists.
• Work with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams.
