Job summary

Global medical technology company in Porto is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash leader to own the end-to-end O2C cycle. You will manage order processing, billing, collections, cash application, disputes and reporting to senior management.

Requires 5–7 years in O2C/Finance Operations, leadership experience, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday), multi-currency exposure, and fluent German with advanced English; relocation to Porto offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 5–7 years' experience in O2C, AR or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday)
• Experience with global, multi-currency environments

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application and dispute resolution
• Prepare and review AR ageing reports, drive collection strategies and reduce DSO
• Resolve escalated disputes and negotiate payment terms with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX and internal controls, IFRS and tax requirements
• Drive process automation, standardisation and efficiency improvements
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations and reporting to senior management
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists
• Work with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams

What You'll Do
