Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced Order-to-Cash professional to lead end-to-end O2C operations in a global medical technology environment. You will head order management, billing, collections and disputes, while driving process improvements and mentoring junior colleagues.

The role requires 5–7 years in O2C/finance operations, strong ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday), and fluent German with advanced English. Relocation to Porto is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance/business administration.
• 5–7 years in O2C/AR/finance operations incl. 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, controls, compliance.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday).
• Experience in multi-currency environments.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1).
• Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional with fluent German and a background in team leadership? Join a global medical technology company's finance operations team in Porto and take ownership of the end-to-end O2C cycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application and dispute resolution
• Prepare and review AR ageing reports, drive collection strategies and reduce DSO
• Resolve escalated disputes and negotiate payment terms with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX and internal controls, IFRS and tax requirements
• Drive process automation, standardisation and efficiency improvements
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations and reporting to senior management
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists
• Work with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams
