Capgemini is seeking a skilled telecom professional to support Nokia Packet Core solutions and mobile core networks in a customer-facing role. You will manage incidents, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with support teams across hybrid work environments.

Ideal candidates have ITIL experience, cloud-native telecom knowledge, and a track record in services delivery for telecom operators. Capgemini offers growth opportunities and diverse international projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field within telecommunications.
• Strong experience supporting mobile core networks in operator environments.
• Proven Nokia Packet Core expertise and related products.
• Experience in customer-facing support and managed services.
• Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain understanding of customer deployments, network architecture, and operational procedures.
• Act as primary technical contact for customer technical teams on operational issues.
• Provide guidance on network performance, software maintenance, and improvements.
• Ensure Change Management processes are followed during Live Network Interventions.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate resolution with Nokia support.
