Adentis Portugal is seeking a Senior .NET Tech Lead to design and deliver scalable solutions using .NET technologies in a hybrid office setup. You will set coding standards, mentor engineers, and work with stakeholders to turn business needs into robust technical designs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of .NET experience, strong ASP.NET Core expertise, and hands-on CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, plus cloud and microservices knowledge. Office presence 1–2 days weekly is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#).
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar role.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web APIs.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ or Service Bus).
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using .NET technologies.
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, providing mentoring and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security and scalability of applications.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
