HumanIT is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team in Porto, working hybrid (2 days in the office). You will own end-to-end features in a large-scale telecom platform, shaping architecture, delivering production-ready code, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will design distributed solutions, implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and collaborate with product and QA to ensure robust, scalable systems while promoting engineering craft and pragmatic decisions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems at scale.
• Deep proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Strong experience deploying solutions in Azure Cloud.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and API design.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Ability to own distributed system designs and mentor engineers.
• Proven mentoring and code review capabilities.
• Strong testing practices across unit, integration, and UI tests.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams with technical ownership.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English, at least B2 level.
