Job summary

Adentis Portugal is hiring a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to guide development teams in Lisbon. You will define architecture, drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

You will work in an agile environment, mentor developers, ensure code quality and DevOps practices, and visit the office once a week. A passion for continuous learning and delivering scalable solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• > 5 years’ experience developing D365 solutions with or without existing module
• Experience in out-of-the-box components and modules
• Overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead role, leading development teams and driving technical decisions
• Strong ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with a focus on technical leadership
• Availability to go to the office, once a week.

Responsibilities

• Definition of Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements
• Continuously research and learning latest configuration and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and then bring these configurations to live
• Assist in developing design specifications as well as providing demos (live, documentation and presentations) of the solution to the business
• Works directly with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture
• Works directly with/in agile teams to implement the solution
• Lead the technical team, providing guidance, best practices, and mentoring to developers
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability by enforcing development standards and reviewing implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business needs and long-term goals
• Drive innovation and propose architectural improvements to optimize the platform’s performance and maintainability
