Job summary

Codit, based in Portugal, seeks a Senior Azure Developer to join our team and drive enterprise-grade integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. This hands-on role centers on Azure Integration Services and .NET backend development to modernize legacy platforms and connect distributed systems.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders across borders, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to scalable, secure cloud architectures in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend and cloud solution delivery in production.
• Strong experience with C#/NET (Core / .NET 6+), Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, and messaging.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
• Knowledge of designing scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of integration solutions.
• Build and maintain APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.
• Design event-driven and asynchronous architectures using Event Grid / Event Hubs.
• Develop workflows and orchestrations with Azure Logic Apps.
• Design and secure APIs with Azure API Management (APIM).
• Guide best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Support clients in modernization journeys (on-prem → Azure).
• Mentor junior consultants and support team growth.
