Job summary

Zohorecruit in Portugal is seeking a Workplace Services Senior Engineer to join the internal team in Lisbon or Porto. You will design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, lead technical delivery for enterprise projects, and drive assessments and architecture design.

You will deploy Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 migrations, define security and data protection policies, and mentor customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Workplace projects.
• Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Lead technical delivery of customer projects.
• Perform technical assessments and discovery workshops.
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD).
• Implement Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID solutions.
• Deploy Windows Autopilot and Zero Touch Provisioning.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 tenant deployments and migrations.
• Implement Microsoft Security solutions following Zero Trust principles.
• Configure Identity, Device Compliance and Endpoint Security policies.
• Define and implement data classification and information protection policies across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Configure and manage DLP policies for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and endpoints.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical leadership during project delivery.
