Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Solid understanding of M365 security and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, maintain and operate the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Configure and manage M365 tenants, licensing, identity, and security.
• Provide 3rd and 4th level support with knowledge transfer.
• Monitor service health and resolve performance issues.
