emagine seeks a Microsoft Security Specialist to join a fast-paced project environment in Portugal. The role focuses on implementing, optimizing, and managing security solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem with emphasis on Defender, O365, and Azure.

You are a hands-on security professional with 3+ years in the Microsoft Security stack and 5+ years as a Security Consultant, fluent in Portuguese, and capable of working in a hybrid Lisbon setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Security stack.
• 5+ years of experience as a Security Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (SaaS) Security, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Defender.
• Microsoft Security certifications such as SC-100 and AZ-500.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Emagine is seeking a Microsoft Security Specialist to join a collaborative and fast-paced project environment in Portugal. This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies, looking to grow within IT Security & Cloud environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Security solutions and frameworks.

You will support the implementation, optimization, and management of security solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring a robust and resilient security posture. This position requires a hands-on technical profile, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a structured and service-oriented environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support in the implementation of security improvements across the Microsoft Security stack

• Microsoft Cloud certifications (AZ-104, AZ-300, AZ-301)
• Industry-recognized security certifications such as CCSP, CCSK, or CISSP
• Understanding of modern security and cloud best practices
• Experience working in international environments

Location & Eligibility:

• Candidates must be based in Portugal
• Hybrid regime - 3 days on site per week at the Lisbon office and 2 days remote
• Standby duty: two weeks per month, ideally starting one month after onboarding
