Job summary

VILT in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Senior Martech Specialist to lead end-to-end Adobe GenStudio engagements, orchestrating pilots, rollouts, and adoption for enterprise marketing initiatives. You will coordinate platform onboarding, create adoption playbooks, and train marketing teams to maximize impact.

The role requires hands-on AI in marketing, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into engineering requirements, working closely with product and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in engagement management, technical consulting, or program management for enterprise SaaS, digital marketing, or martech solutions.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and mastery of key conversion metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to marketing workflows (creative generation, variation testing, personalization).
• Familiarity with Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, XD), and modern digital marketing stacks (CDPs, DAMs, media platforms).
• Excellent consulting and communication skills, with ability to present updates to executives and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven track record in Change Management, driving tool adoption and process transformation within marketing or sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise engagements for Adobe GenStudio, managing pilots, rollouts, and early-scale phases.
• Orchestrate platform onboarding and activation, including foundational marketing setup (brands, products, personas) and template conversion.
• Build and execute targeted adoption programs, training plans, and embedded coaching for creative and performance marketing teams.
• Collaborate with data and marketing teams to identify high-value use cases, translating them into practical, scalable solutions within GenStudio.
• Design execution playbooks and workflows that align with clients' existing campaign processes and technology stacks.
• Act as strategic link between the field and Product/Engineering, capturing feedback to guide roadmap.
• Lead executive sessions and manage program health, tracking adoption metrics, campaign performance, and risk via MAP.
