Job summary

Accenture Portugal is seeking a senior Generative AI Platform Architect to design end-to-end AI platform architectures, spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems. You will own domain architecture, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure enterprise-grade security, observability, and governance across client engagements.

You will lead architecture decisions, maintain ADRs, and deliver reusable components, patterns, and reference architectures for large-scale AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Extensive experience designing & deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions with agentic, generative and classical AI/ML.
• Strong Python coding experience and hands-on ML/NLP work.
• Proven expertise in architecting LLM-driven architectures and scalable AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a technical vision with non-functional requirements for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on feasibility and project scope.
• Architect multi-agent systems and define an MCP Control Plane.
• Design core services: memory, data pipelines, and knowledge graphs for RAG pipelines.
• Define security, governance, and observability as core design principles.
