Board of Innovation is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical side of our demanding AI builds in Lisbon or elsewhere in Portugal. You will shape scope, design architecture, lead engineering through multi-month projects, and be the client’s technical counterpart until deployment.

This senior role blends hands-on work with strategic leadership across a portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. You will mentor engineers, represent the technical voice to clients, and drive production-grade delivery

Qualificações

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least two leading a build for a client.
• Shipped LLM-based systems into production and has opinions on reliability and cost.
• Strong Python, CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure-as-code fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical delivery of enterprise AI builds end-to-end.
• Shape the solution and write the technical proposal section.
• Own the architecture and review the team’s work.
• Build critical components when needed to keep the project on track.
• Serve as the client’s technical voice and align stakeholders.
