Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst in Portugal to optimize marketing budgets across products and channels. You will develop Early LTV models, build analytics frameworks, and contribute to AI-powered analytics initiatives in a distributed international team.

You’ll design validation methods, run experiments, and translate findings into practical recommendations, using SQL, Python, and BI tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills, independent data handling and data quality validation.
• Knowledge of statistics, experiments, validation, and backtesting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design the high-level logic to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources.
• Develop Early LTV metrics and models to support performance decisions and budget allocation.
• Build analytics frameworks to diagnose performance drivers, opportunities, and anomalies across channels and campaigns.
• Contribute to an AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis and root-cause detection.
• Support the unified BI layer through metric definition and data validation.
• Translate analyses into actionable business rules and recommendations.
