JoomPro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace, expanding to Lisbon, Portugal. We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions, optimize marketing investments, and improve channel performance.

You will join a data-driven analytics team focused on dashboards, experiments, and ROI forecasting, collaborating across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with access to AI tools and a clear growth path.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and attribution models.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and its application.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Data analysis skills in Python.
• Ability to choose the right evaluation approach — analytics, research, or use of external data.
• Ability to solve non-trivial problems under incomplete data.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing and new advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Set up and improve monitoring of statistical anomalies in metrics.
• Improve long-term payback prediction models.
• Generate hypotheses to improve acquisition/product feeds/ad creatives/channel split/targets, etc.
