Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Marketing Analyst, New Business and M&A, for a Portugal-based remote role. You will build marketing analytics infrastructure and translate paid data into actionable insights to guide acquisition strategies and growth.

You will develop tracking systems, dashboards, and models connecting ad spend to revenue, supporting cross-border acquisitions and a data-driven marketing approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in data analysis or analytics with marketing focus.
• Proven paid media analytics experience with CAC/LTV/ROAS.
• Hands-on experience building marketing data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills; Python/R/MATLAB are a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations.
• Experience developing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end marketing data infrastructure connecting ads, leads, engagement and revenue.
• Integrate marketing data infrastructure for acquired companies with reliable tracking and reporting.
• Evaluate paid acquisition performance using CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion.
• Develop analytical models and forecasts using SQL and statistics.
• Create dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for marketing leadership.
• Define consistent performance metrics across businesses for comparability.
