Job summary

Consumer Health-Tech App is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Portugal to drive data-driven budget decisions across products and channels. You will design models, validate LTV metrics, and build frameworks to detect performance drivers and opportunities in a remote-first, international team.

The role requires strong SQL, statistics, A/B testing, and BI tool experience, with Python being a plus. A flexible, fully remote setup is offered along with comprehensive benefits and learning

Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for large datasets and data quality validation.
• Knowledge of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics: LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business rules and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and BI tools.
• English at B2 level or above.
• Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and AI analytics is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design the high-level logic, rules, and models to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources.
• Develop and validate Early LTV metrics and models for intra-week decision making.
• Build analytical frameworks to diagnose performance and identify growth opportunities across channels and campaigns.
• Contribute to AI-based analytics tooling for performance analysis and root-cause detection.
• Support the unified BI layer with metric definition and data validation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules and decisions.
